How to Remove CA-MRSA From Your Nose
Here is a CA-MRSA decolonization process to help remove MRSA from your nose. These steps should be taken after the MRSA infection has cleared.
- Apply a small amount of mupirocin ointment into each nostril.
- Press the sides of the nose together and gently massage to spread the ointment around.
- AVOID contact with eyes.
- Do this twice per day for five (5) days.
