| I keep this on hand all the time. It is helpful whether you are suffering from a virus or bacteria. |

| Product was recommended to boost immunity. Since I have been diagnosed with celiac disease, and had severe anemia, I thought this sounded like a good product to try. So far I have been ok. |

I had a really, really bad case of H Pylori stomach infection for more than a month, and i suspect the bacteria was in my stomach for many years before i had serious symptoms which include, among others: stomach cramping, bloating, constipation or diarrea, constant stomach pain and indigestion, gas, fatigue, nausea, low blood sugar levels and low blood pressure.
I was constantly tired, in pain and depressed.
In a matter of weeks, i lost almost 20 lbs and at some point my stomach had an ulcer, and the pain was so big, that i had to lay down in my bed because i couldn't take it sitting down.
Since i don't like taking antibiotics, i tried the following, after reading a zillion recommendations online:
-Curcumin tea made from curcumin powder
-Reishi Tea
-Colloidal Silver (i have my own generator)
-4 Monolaurin caps every morning on an empty stomach.
-1 teaspoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of water
Luckily, I've previously had some of the things mentioned above (curcumin, ACV, Reishi), since i take them occasionally because they are good for you.
Unfortunately, none of those teas and supplements didn't make me feel better permanently, so i kept on trying other things.
The worse of the pain went away inmmediately only after i purchased a gallon of Aloy Vera juice for $7 in Walmart and started drinking it diluted in water through out the day. Even after drinking the Aloy Vera juice I still had indigestion and occasional cramping, and one day i had a pain attack so bad that i decided to try something different so i drank half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in half a cup of water. I felt better almost inmediately, so i started drinking that amount at least once a day.
I also started chewing and eating 2 cloves of raw garlic in the morning on an emtpy stomach and at night before going to bed.
The first time i ate the garlic, my stomach was in pain for about 10 minutes, but then i felt great the rest of the day, so i've been taking it ever since.
I know.. chewing raw garlic is tough, but i would rather do that that be sick and in pain.. To make the chewing of the garlic easier i just take a sip of water and hold it in my mouth while chewing the garlic cloves and then just swallow the garlic with the water.
Between the Aloy Vera Juice which healed my stomach, the Apple Cider Vinegar and the garlic, which are two very potent antibacterials, my indigestion and pain is almost gone. I feel almost normal after suffering constant pain for more than a month.
The only thing i regret is not taking the Aloy Vera juice and garlic any sooner and purchasing the monolaurin caps, which were pretty much useless and very expensive. If you want to have some kind of lauric acid intake, just purchase bottles of organic coconut oil, which are almost half lauric acid by weight. They are far more potent and cheaper than any lauric acid supplement.
Also remember, if you are sick with H Pylori, you need to change your diet and stop eating all processed food, white bread, high fructose corn syrup and sugar sweets and most carb based junk food.
Simple to digest veggies and fruits that are easier on your stomach will help it heal faster. |
